Welcome to Foresite! To get started, we recommend establishing a baseline by following these steps:

  1. Get a copy of your adjusted trial balance that corresponds to your most current financial statement audit.
  2. Download a trial balance template from the top of your Foresite dashboard and enter (copy and paste) your trial balance into the format on that template.
  3. Drag the completed template into Foresite.
  4. Map the accounts so that they match your most recent audit (if your audit had cash of $100,000, Foresite should show cash of $100,000).
  5. Once your mapping is complete, click the 'Next Step' button in the top right of the mapping page.
  6. Your most current financial statement audit will contain components of your composite score, including the pre and post implementation long term debt, fixed assets and lease right of use information. Enter these numbers on the 'Notes' page.
  7. Click the 'Calculate Composite Score' button in the top right and the composite score will generate.
  8. Your mapping settings are saved! Follow steps 2-7 for any period and you will be able to see your composite score.
